Six-week weekend workout camp for Adults. 1 day per week Starting July 15 - Aug 26th Every Saturday, 9:30-11am ***No class August 5th.
Three Levels: -Just starting -Looking for more -Beast mode on
Train with a variety of experienced Fusion's Personal Trainers on a detailed summer plan. Workouts to include running programs, body weight, kettlebells, TRX, cycling, HIIT, flexibility training, and more! Each week all partipcants will be split up depending on level for their workout, and come together for a post-workout Yoga/stretch. All participants will also receive an AXIO energy or PhysIQ protein drink following each workout.
**CHILDCARE AVAILABLE for an additional $3/week.

Beginning and end measurements, home workout plans, healthy meal recipes!
Receive the accountability and support you need to stay on track for the rest of the summer!

Levels in detail......
Level 1: Just starting: For those who are new to the working out world, or are coming back from a break (6mo's+).
Level 2: Looking for more: For those Participants who are currently on an exercise plan, but need a little more push. Ex: Someone currently running every week on their own, but hasn't been strength training.
Level 3: Beast Mode On: For participants looking for an all intensive workout. Currently on a workout program.
