Our schedule contains a variety of classes letting you choose from toning, cardio, strength training, flexibility training, solid core workouts, and more! You can be rest assured that our small group environment is safe, welcoming, and always tailored to any level. Fitness Class Descriptions
Level 1: Beginner Friendly (For those new to fitness classes and working out) Level 2: Intermediate workouts Level 3: Advanced workouts.
20/20/20....20mins of TRX Suspension Training, 20mins of Weight Training, and 20mins of Cardio. A great variety packed into one class!
KICKBOXING... Level 2 & 3. Strength and cardio, stations using kettlebells, punching bag, some TRX and body weight exercises.
FITABA 5 x 5... A Tabata class! We'll be taking 1 min each of cardio, upper body, lower body, core, and iso holds. 5 rounds of 5 exercises makes for a FIT YOU!
Ultimate Boot Camp…All Levels. A results-driven conditioning program. Each class begins with a good warm-up, followed by a workout that combines strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. This class is based off an interval training program combining cardio bursts with strength and toning exercise. Boot Camp fitness is based upon the principles of discipline, motivation, and teamwork! This program is about having FUN, motivation, and seeing REAL results! (This class will be tailored during class if you are a beginner.)
S.G.T (Small Group Training).... All Levels These times are available for people who want to work at their own pace with a trainer with an individualized workout that can be tailored to any style. Workouts include but not limited to: body weight, kettlebell, cardio, core work, weight training, etc.
Yoga: Candlelit… All Levels A class to help you reduce stress, and improve your strength, balance, and flexibility through this great mind/body workout. Plus you’ll find the calm environment an escape from your busy life. This class is centered around relaxation and pain relief.
SPIN CLASSES.... All Levels. A cardiovascular, butt-kicking workout that takes us on a stationary but sweaty ride of our life!
OPEN GYM.... Level 2 & 3 These times are available for people who want to work at their own pace with a designated workout on the board. Workouts include, but not limited to: body weight, kettlebell, cardio, core work, weight training, etc. Trainer available on site.
